So much has been going on lately. More drawing, watching new series, reading, getting addicted to Yu-Gi-Oh! cards again, taking care of all the animals, life has been pretty good. I've been kicking aft all senior year so far, I started Ceramics and I have a knack for it, so when we bring projects home expect to see something new from me!
All this has given me comparatively less time to work on my Mesozoic Maximal project, but I have indeed started to storyboard things and I have roughly plotted out the book. I may change many things, but really, I'd just like to generate some excitement for it. I know I have a lot of people who like my art, but no one seems to really have much interest for this comic. Seems I need to do some epic promotion art before I start posting it, when I get there. I haven't given up on this project! Of course, I still have so many pretty digital bios to do. I have little actual computer time right now, so this is difficult for me.
On a random note, I do have some experience in comic-making. I did a Nuzlocke of Pokemon Red and made a comic of that, but I don't want to post it unless I have a scanner. A lot of it was me practicing humans in general, and even though the storyline is typical of most Nuzlockes, I think it's enjoyable for the art.
With all this talk and planning for my comic, I would like to ask - would you want a totally hand-drawn and scanned comic, or for me to scan it then digitally color everything? I haven't decided yet. If I digitally color it all then that changes how I would want to draw out the physical copy, so I'd like to make a decision about that before I actually start it. Regardless of the choice, I plan on posting it very consistently, at least for the duration of the chapter. I will wait until I have a large stock of pages so I can post consistently and not worry about making you all wait for the newest pages. So whether I go digital or hand-drawn will only affect the initial time it takes me to start posting, which I already surmise to be sometime next year.
So, those of you who cared enough to read this far, what's your opinion?
